Yeah... in Japan these magazines cost about 7$, in London I bought one for 15$, and CDJapan expects me to pay 40$?

By the way, when will this issue be in stores? I'll be in London from December 27th for a couple of weeks.. Would there be a chance I could get it?
I guess they get it 1 or 2 weeks later than in Japan, no idea how fast Japan Center London is.

SAL shipping to Australia only cost 1400 yen, so that's the method of shipping I chose. I can't wait to get my copy, I love reading (/looking at, lol) Japanese fashion mags.

I'd really like to have this if the cover and shoot is goodlooking..

the english description says "Cover: Ayumi Hamasaki. Comes with RODEO CROWNS original bandanna." It's still a 50/50 on whether it's a ayu collaboration with RODEO CROWNS or S Cawaii collaboration with RODEO CROWNS.

It's going to be a S Cawaii collaboration with RODEO CROWNS. All those Japanese mags collaborate with fashion brands and not with musicians. If Ayu were to collaborate with Ash & Diamonds again, for example, then you would be buying this item at mu-mo and not as a magazine bonus.

Regarding this mag: I agree with Empry, I don't think anything that Ayu collaborates with would be given as a bonus to magazine... Lol

according to CDJapan, it says "S Cawaii!2010 February Issue w/ Ayumi Hamasaki Original Bandanna" -- I was just on CDJapan and this is no longer listed... I'm glad I got 2 of these while I still could... (also I made A Clips [Limited Edt.] become out of print~!) anyways back to my point... I am thinking it will be a bandanna released by RODEO CROWNS but the actual bandanna will be designed by Ayu, herself. It cost me about $30 USD for the 2 copies I am going to recieve... i'm getting happy about it though.

As somone who has purchased a few mags like SCawaii and Sweet, where Ayu has been feautured on the cover and magazine bonus was attached to the same issue, let me tell you that there has not been one case where she designed that magazine bonus or that it had anything to do with her. If Ayu does a collboration with a company then we would have already gotten some sort of offfcial annoucement.

if that is true than why does/did CDJapan... mention that the bandanna is an Ayumi Hamasaki Original -- if its not than this is considered false advertisement.

I'm not doubting your knowledge or anything, so don't misunderstand...

outcome #1: Ayumi Hamasaki is on the cover and a magazine has mentioned some kind of bonus; when this is implied then there is no promis that the bonus item will even be related to who appears on the cover.

outcome #2: Ayumi Hamasaki is on the cover and a magazine has mentioned that is comes with an original bonus. -- again when this is implied there is no promise that this issue will come with anything related to who is on the cover.

outcome #3: Ayumi Hamasaki is on the cover and a magazine has mentioned that it comes with an Ayumi Hamasaki Original bonus item. -- This implies that the probability that Ayumi Hamasaki, herself has something to do with the item in question ... and that the item is being realesed by whichever company that may be, will more than likely have something to do with the cover person. OR that more than likely the item will be in some way related to the cover, in this case being Ayu.

I will have to say if the bandanna doesn't have any kind of relation to ayu or have her design ideas anywhere... that will suck. all though you may be right if there wasn't any sort of annoucement on ayu's official website than the mentioning of Ayumi Hamasaki Original is completely false and should not have been mentioned.

Another thing i would like to point out is that it is/was on CD! Japan and what reason would CD Japan have to lie about such a thing? The only reason logically i can think of is to increase profit sales for that magazine.. not to mention SCawaii hasn't said anything about that either. I Guess there is no way of knowing until someone actually recieves the mag/bandanna combo and lets everyone know.

I think the problem is that CDJapan shortened/phrased the item title in quite a stupid way. It should rather say "S Cawaii! 2010 February Issue w/ Ayumi Hamasaki on the cover and Original Bandana from Rodeo Crowns".

None of the Sweet/SCawaii issues that I bought made any relation between the Covergirl (Ayu) and the Magazine bonus.

I don't want to annoy anyone with my posts but I fear that many people will be disappointed with this item just because CDJapan labelld it wrongly.

Oh yeah, you may be right.. but I am still hoping for at least ayu's logo or something to be on the bandanna... It would be nice if she really did take part in the design of the bandanna.

Anyways back to my point... if the title was mislabled, they should definately have mentioned it. A better title deifinately would have been...
