^ Fearless is such a great album. There is not one song in there that I feel like skipping over. My least favorite song probably is ''Hey Stephen'' and is not half bad. I just dont like the beggining all that much. I downloaded both her albums as I was unsure about her but since I really like her music I am going to buy them officialy soon to support her.

I don't want to be rude but I think 5 awards is kinda "whoa"... but whatever.

She has some songs I enjoy actually - Fifteen, You Belong With Me, Teardrops on my Guitar... good songs. The original mix for Love Story was a snorefest though lmao, I prefer the U.S Pop Mix which can be found in the deluxe edition irrc.

IMO Taylor swift is overrated her music is not as good as Lady Gaga.

Yeah right

Even though Taylor's music is not my type, she's one of the few young artists whose career and popularity does not rely on sexual behaviour, weird outfits or controversies, and she is a talented singer as well

I actually dont get the sudden interest that people have in comparing Taylor and Lady Gaga(speaking in general here-not trying to be mean to u or anything). They are like north and south. They have absolutly nothing in common(different music genre-diferent sence of fashion-different types of lyrics-etc.) exept maybe for the fact that they are the most popular artist of 2009.

. I think they both are absolutly great in their own way and the both deserve the awards that they have been nominated for.

lol I can't believe I'm seeing "taylor swift" and "talented singer" in the same sentence without an "is not" in between :3

not gonna lie, her songs would be really great if she kept her mouth shut =/

Well, I get the same feeling with Koda Kumi, Lady Gaga, Hannah Montana and like half the pop music universe... Yet I don't bash on their respective threads. And at the end of the day it's just a matter of personal opinion.
I don't follow Swift's career or love it, yet, considering her age and the terrible status of commercial music nowadays, she's pretty nice

I digress, that's not the topic of this thread, and I shouldn't derail it by bringing it in

I really wish I could like that song about "belonging with me." The lyrics are pretty relateable to me, but that voice. Her lyrics are pretty nice, not gonna lie. And I'd love her songs if she could, you know, sing. I wish I could like her more

I'm listening to Fearless right now, it's good, but some of the songs are just ok, hmm... my opinion might change though maybe after some more listens.

I thought people hated her here on AHS because Lady Gaga didn't win those awards.

She is technically country. That's her genre but musically she is different. I haven't bought the album but Love Story and Teardrops get played here all the time and they are so catchy.

The general opinion where I live is that Taylor Swift is another Disney singer..without the Disney. Her songs are cute, but nothing special to me. She did okay here with her debut of Love Story but hasn't released any singles after the release of her album Fearless...or if she did, it didn't reach the top 40.

I just herd she won the People's choice awards for favorite female artist and there are also rumors that she is already working on her third studio album.....Where the heck have I been? How come so many news from her that I haven't heard....I'm sooo lost....
