Step into my world - is this the TRICK intro? sounds just like it. it sounds good though.
SUPERSTAR - FAIL. no thanks You're so beautiful - it's nice, not bad Work It Out! - it sounds like a misono song, I don't like it so far No way - I think I like this! Stay - Sounds pretty/cute Comes up - This sounds really cute too, I like it so far UNIVERSE - I'm looking forward to this one in full the most, sounds like a good dance song This sounds like it'll be better than TRICK, so I'm happy about that. A lot of these songs sound nice, but more like B-sides. Where's my cool amai wana/This is not a love song type song?  edit: Ew I just saw the SUPERSTAR PV preview. Step Into My World - It totally sounds like a TRICK remake lol.
SUPERSTAR - Oh dear lord. It's so bad. Both the PV and the song.  (It might grow onto me though)You're So Beautiful - Awesome kthx.  Work It Out! - Sounds fun-ish, kinda promising.  No Way - Don't really like it, Kuu's voice is kinda drowing in the instrumentals...  Stay - I like it! It sounds very old-school Kuu too. Comes Up - I love this too! It sounds really fun and stuff.  UNIVERSE - Epic. I think it's gonna be the Driving for UNIVERSE. I think this album is gonna be better than TRICK.

I haven't heard the previews I think I'll
wait unitl I get my copy (since I preorder it ^_^) even though thats kind of a long time haha anyway the reviews I'm ready from you guys are interesting I really hope this album sells good!! |

SUPERSTAR: A big no, also the PV. Mostly one I pretend to not exist.You're So Beautiful: Just lovin it! Work It Out!: Interesting, could be great in full. No Way: Sounds so R&Bish, really nice! Stay: Ok so far, but probably a ballad I just play once. Comes Up: Ok so far, but sounds like something she has already done. UNIVERSE: Sounds nice so far. Step Into My World - WOW! She noes these intros work. ahhaa very "TRICK" i must say. SUPERSTAR - What's wrong with her voice!! >.< *pretends it doesnt exist* You're So Beautiful - I somehow like the live more! O.O shocking haha..But it's nice. The chorus is great. Feels like a typical Kuu midtempo song. Work It Out! - sounding AWESOME!! No Way - Hheh??? Can't really hear much. Don't think I'll like it. Stay - very Kuu lol. It's ok. Won't last long for me. She sounds strained. but maybe thats because of the low quality preview. Comes Up - Cute song again...no for me. UNIVERSE - I don't really dig the repeated "UNIVERSE" thing...but it sounds ok so far. Need to judge in HQ. Most looking forward to Step In To My World, Work it Out!, Stay, UNIVERSE Feels like another Kingdom for me.But we'll see. SUPERSTAR's PV is such a huge turnoff haha |

1. Step Into My World - I hate it when her intros do not set the mood for the album. This makes the album seem cooler than it actually is based on these previews. I like it. (why did she stop doing full versions of these?!)
3. SUPERSTAR - no. 4. You're So Beautiful - I didn't think much of this song at first but this may be the best track on the album for me. 6. Work It Out! - I don't know yet, it sounds interesting. 7. No Way - I was really hoping for Gaga's demo because then it actually had a chance of being really good... but until I hear more of this I'll have to go with BAD. 8. Stay - Although I like the old school feel, I'm gonna say no. 9. Comes up - Old school again, it sounds nice, but no. 12. UNIVERSE - The last album track and the best one. I can't wait to hear this one in full! The arrangement reminds me of Missy Elliott for some reason. Sounds like something she would do with her songs.All in all, this album is a big no so far. I'm going to wait until I hear the album in full to decide whether or not I'm going to purchase it, but as of right now, I can't see myself paying for this. I couldn't resist... I had to listen to the previews!!!
 Here's my "review" of the new ones, hah: - Step Into My World Ummm..... This doesn't just sound like TRICK, it IS TRICK... >_> Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, just... Well, you understand. ..Don't know how I feel about this. Because, yeah, I love TRICK, but the same interlude, just different lyrics..? Kuu, come on... - SUPERSTAR Oh, goodness. So cutesy and happy, lol. >.< Nah, it's not as bad as people made me think it'd be, lol! Not that I love it, but it's something I can listen to without shooting myself and such. XD (I'd definitely rather hear this than Alive.  ) And....... I actually really like the PV!!!  I mean, it's SO retarded that I like it! Seems really fun and random. Which I like, especially with Kumi. - You're So Beautiful Oh my God, I didn't really like this when I heard it live, but with the studio, I actually like it a lot!! I think I may even grow to love it..? :O Either way, it's definitely a nice addition to the album, even I end up getting sick of it or something. ^^' - Work It Out! I don't like this nearly as much as I thought I might... It seems like it might get boring after a few listens... But whatever. It's not terrible, and it seems like a fun, upbeat track to listen to. - No Way Okay, honestly...I think I may have preferred it to be the GaGa song. This is definitely my least favourite track off the album. I may grow to like it some eventually, but right now, I'm not liking it at all. :\ It's kinda boring, and it's missing...something. >_<- Stay Eh, this is a pretty typical Kumi ballade, my third least favourite. It's sweet and all, but pretty meh in general. I'll probably end up confusing it with a few of her other less exciting ballades. And, unless I end up liking it ten times as much with the full version, I'll probably end up only ever listening to it as background music or something. :\ - Comes Up Another typical Kuu song, only this is one of the soft cutesy ones... This is my second least favourite. I'll DEFINITELY confuse this with a few others ones, because it totally sounds like I've heard it at least twice before... Oh well. -_-' - UNIVERSE A very fun sounding song with a lot of beats...but it's missing any oomph, it seems.  Like, it'll probably grow on me a little, and it's not bad, but this will be the song I listen to the least out of the ones I like. It's interesting, just a bit generic. :\- Moon Crying Live ver. In Taiwan Well.... If you liked Moon Crying, OBVIOUSLY, this will be a plus for you. Excellent vocals and such... Yeah. XD Overall: Definitely in the top five best Kumi albums! Comparing it to TRICK, I definitely like the overall feel of it more, and it will certainly get more plays (for me, at least). There are only three tracks that are 'eh', and, from what I've heard, I LOVE six of the tracks, which is already more than TRICK. my opinions of Kuu's music has really gone up & down for the past couple albums, but here goes...
Step Into My World: OH HAY TRICK, HOW R U. i like this though. but it's probably going to be the introduction. NOOOO. secretly hoping for a full song. SUPERSTAR: ...wat. You're So Beautiful: ehhh. i think it's pretty generic, tbqh. i even saw the performance & it didn't really do anything. Work It Out!: one of the stronger previews, imo. i always like rock though, aha. but i'll judge this properly with the full song. No Way: soooo glad this isn't a Lady GaGa cover. cuz GaGa needs to release that song properly, damn it! LOL. ok anyway, Kuu's song is pretty decent. but i think i'll like it in full. Stay: ...does nothing for me atm. Comes Up: dude, this reminds me of Namie Amuro's "Baby Don't Cry", wtf. :| UNIVERSE: this seems like the only album track that reminds me of "old Kuu". probably the best preview. Moon Crying Live ver. In Taiwan: no real opinion, really. never really liked the song. SUPERSTAR PV: ...no. basically...i'll wait for the whole album to properly judge it, but it's not looking good, imho. especially with this round of singles, nothing's really sparking my interest anymore with Koda Kumi. it's sad because i considered her my 2nd favorite j-pop artist just merely a couple years ago. but i wish her success and as long as she's happy, then i'm cool with it.

SUPERSTAR = JESUS CHRIST SAVE ME You're So Beautiful = probably one of my favorite album tracks Work It Out! = sounds cute for a title like this, I kinda like it No way = it's okay, I think I'll like it but I need it in full lol Stay = I LOVE IT. Comes Up = sounds like a bad version of Birthday Eve... UNIVERSE = I thought it's gonna be epic but it sounds kinda bland from the preview. hopefully it will be better in full.
