Nah, it's Tetsuya, he's also composed these songs:

Perhaps this is why it sounds similar to songs like MY ALL...he's good at making "hopeful" and "light" melodies imo.

I don't understand how it would have been better if Ayu composed it. Especially in the context the thread creator implied when he said "I hope it's CREA." Like if Ayu composed it, the song would suddenly become twice as good or something, like magic?

A lot of people are like that when it comes to CREA. Just like how people pray whenever there's a new single announcement that it's a CREA song. Some of her least liked songs are CREA.

LOL, so true. I know I've seen people say that I am... is their favorite album BECAUSE Ayu composed most of the songs on it. So does that mean they'd like it less if the songs were exactly the same but didn't have CREA's name on them?

At first I had the same question like you, but then I realized that maybe people were talking into another perspective. Not that the song would necessarily sound better, but being it a sort of a dedicatory song to TA, it would feel more personal if maybe ayu had composed it as well. She's made the lyrics though, so that's already enough, but I guess people meant it like that, I dunno.

I think so too but not in my case. I like the album "I am..." because of the music and lyrics themselves and not because of ayu's name is written on them. But that is a PLUS.

LOVEppears is my top favorite album because of the music and Ayu didn't wrote the music...
