But Avex doesn't have any jurisdiction in the US? I read that a lot of times posted by other members as to why they can't shut down AHS

And I think Avex probably know about AHS already....just type in "Ayumi Hamasaki" and we're the 5th result...

I think that's what might get us in trouble... but sometimes the entries find their way to 2ch and are posted for everyone to see as well, so it's not that big of a deal, I guess. She doesn't seem to be the type that would quit blogging over that anyway.

Right. I don't think it would be a big deal for this forum.
I'm just worried about a small possibility that Avex would get someone out of TA if they find the guy leaking the TA info, and i just want to keep myself a "model student" type member, haha.

haha, I guess Avex thinks you are OK because you are promoting ayu overseas, especially in Spain. (<- sarcasm to Avex)

Even if you can't speak, I'm sure just looking at her from a distance of 1-2m is worth it IMO!! It'll definitely be something I'll remember for the rest of my life if I ever had that kinda chance ^^
