I would agree with you if this was the ONLY place to talk about jpop, ayu, etc.... but it's not, not by a longshot.

Although this is the largest ayu forum, so it's kinda too late for an invite-only system to really work. if I started my own ayu forum, you can bet i'd make it invite-only so it didn't turn into AHS. AHS is just too big a group of people, too many different types of people here. I'd WANT my ayu forum to be small, tight-knit.... a group of people who had compatible personalities.

And my forum would allow swearing. But that's my dream ayu forum, not AHS.

how can the administration just keeps ignoring this like nothing happens ?

what's the problem in letting people give money to have a new server?
i know a lot of forums do this and i still don't get the problem here? it's just so natural!
why won't you let people choose how they'll browse the forum ?
and i don't care about the "well i gave money so i have advantages" thing because obviously no one thinks about it a part the administration it seems...

i don't know, just do something, buy a server instead of prizes for contests ?
but please just do something, i can't believe everyone is waiting for the problem to go away alone ? because it won't!

and for people telling me "if you don't like it, go away", well please just don't reply because it's the best forum and i'm not going anywhere else, i just want to read/post when I want and not when the forum wants, is it that much to ask ?

If people are willing to spend the money to buy every single version of every ayu single that is ever released, then there's no reason why they "can't" spend the money to help update the server for this site.

If you haven't read the thread, people are VERY willing to donate.

For whatever reason though, donations aren't being accepted at all for a server upgrade / maintenance. Instead of monthly contests, we really should be looking towards a new server, or get GoogleAdSense. It'd be a little annoying, but we'd at least get income from people visiting, I think.

Seriously, this forum is urgently needed to be upgraded. Im getting fed up of getting the crash message everytime new thread is created in news/celebrity section. If now I can surf the forum for 10 seconds, it doesnt mean that I can surf for another next 10 second. Sometimes I was excited to read those latest thread but the excitement become cold rather fast just because of the server crashing thingy. And everytime I want to post something, its a must that I must to copy it first to avoid any losing if the server got crash. It just so annoying. The current server is no longer able to bear the traffic load. Donation is a very great great idea and I believe by creating donation system, this problem can be solved in no time, but too bad it cant be accepted by the forum administration. If donation really cant be accepted in any way, I just hope they got other alternative to solve this problem. It seriously getting worst!!

don't know if it does only on Saturdays (lol) but it truly gets frustrating when i'm posting a longer entry and after submiting, it just goes offline. JPS server got upgraded a while ago too and it surely is a BIG improvement. So perhaps the admins of AHS could find some solution to this...either a hardware upgrade or switching to a different provider...we shall see.

I don't think it's just Saturday nights ^^ It happens literally every time something is going on. Getting a new server would be nice, but this problem has been ongoing for more than a year now and while we should be happy someone is actually paying for everything, I am really tired of seeing the "Not available" msg and waiting minutes for pages to load

this only happens to me very rarely,
usually it takes a few seconds.

^for me it doesnt take minutes for me to load page (when it isnt crashed) but it does take longer to load compared to other forum that I visited. I dunno about other member tho..

It's not really minutes, but it does take way longer than when opening any other site ^^

It is really annoying if you want to look through the forum and the message AHS is temporarily unavailable. Please check back later. will show up so often that you think: why is AHS down every time I want to visit ?

I think a new server is needed badly and I hope that there will be donation soon to get a new one.

There hasn't been 10 minutes that have gone by without me getting this error. Actually, its an everyday annoyance.

This forum does take a bit longer to load sometimes, and I have a pretty good internet speed.

I would love to donate, as long as it's not like this...
People who donates doesn't get special treatment because it's called Donation because it's unconditional if people get special treatment for donating they're paying for that treatment not donation for the cause. I love the forum and I know that wouldn't happen.

Please let us donate we want to make the forum best for everyone, We all share the same interest. (but please accept other donation methods not only credit card because my parents confiscated my card)

^But isn't it like this whenever some sort of good news comes out for Ayu? In this case the A WORLD IS ALL book was delivered, she blogged about it and there were alot of lucky people on AHS who were able to meet her in London. I know whenever something is announced AHS is down for the whole next day or 2. :/ Why won't you guys take donations for a better server?
