Different composers, and imo HAL sucks at arranging summer melodies.

Ayu said that the first few songs just so happened to have that SUPER SUMMERY feel but GOD, HAL, DON'T BE SO LAZY. They basically used the exact same arrangement for 4-5 songs in a row..
