Greatful Day hairstyle

Hallo, I'm new here.
I was just wondering if anyone here could help me. In the Greatful Days PV, Ayumi has a hairstyle which I really took a liking to. It's the one with long straight light brown hair. I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of colour it is. I believe it has lights in it.
I also wonder what kind of cut her hair is cut. My hair has grown too long and I really like her hairstyle and would like to see if I can get a similar cut.

eee.. i think it's kind of hard to say by internet though. You could take a few capscreen of the haircut (from face, from behind..) and just show it to your haircutter no?

Getting Ayu's haircuts are HARD. She has professional people do it, and unless you go to some VERY VERY expensive professional barber who, like, cuts Jennifer Aniston's hair or something, I don't think you will fare too well...

Take this advice from someone who has tried to immitate Ayu's hairstyle before..3 times. And I didn't learn this lesson until the third time.

her hair looked quite nice in this PV, so good luck getting it cut like Ayu's! Twice I tried to get my hair cut like Rei Ayanami's ^.^*** first time was a disastor but the second time it came out well..
