Where have you heard that? o.O He's quite busy this year with the Nemuri X GACKT project and other things. He's also been talking about working on creating Zipangu rock. If anything, he's expanding more.

i actually remember reading that somewhere a while ago.
he said if he wasn't feeling well by a certain year he'd retire.
but i guess he changed his mind! xD
