I would still support them as long as the music is good, but hey, image is important when selling a product, but not something that you can't miss. KOKIA is nothing amazing physically and still has tons of fans, and if we want to talk about mega star, Utada has never been flashy or specially pretty by industry standards, and say hello the best selling album of all time.

Although your opinion is worth of respect, that overdose of uppercase caps, curse words and repeated letters just makes it look extremely childish.
