Just trust that her English was terrible in 2002/2003 and has since then improved by leaps and bounds. She made "complicated" in everywhere nowhere sound like "so completely me" or something.

I remember her saying that she thought she would do Rule in English as it was to be the theme song for a world wide movie... I wish she would've done it. It'd be cool to see how better her English has gotten and the creative lyrics she would've used.
