I hope they don't just become a tweet in the wind. The bigger the star, the more fans they have. Whenever gaga tweets something. No matter what it is. There's always 5000000000 posts of "When are you touring in Mexico?" "Come visit England!" I agree with you there for a lot a large artist there are always lots of fan asking when are you coming to my country but the thing is like mentioned it's not up to the artist. Some else also said if we want to have a tag people should really only post once or else we are just spaming it, which makes it loses it meaning(that also goes back to me saying we should have an official petition.

Though the idea of sending the message to Max instead of Ayu is not too bad either. But I do not know if it's the best, whoever you guys decide to spam I just hope it doesn't annoy them so much
