Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can remember You were.../BALLAD being announced like 3 months beforehand. But that does sound a bit long, maybe I just made that up.
But usually it's about 1.5 / 2 months yes
I hope it's ASAP.. Blossom sounds like spring! Would make no sense releasing that in like, August. I'm hoping for a June release. *prays*
