Okay, I'm answering my own question, but if I'm right the first guy is an MTV Japan VJ named Teppei and the second guy is Kreva from Kick the Can Crew (he is not looking his best these days, unfortunately).
Sorry that this thread is superfluous! It just took a bit of research on my part. The moderators can delete this if they wish to  Sorry for the bother!
