I think such photos are made for old horny japanese men. I hate how most of her old bikini photoshots reveal her crotch in a softcore porn way, in my opinion! And evidently, its the same reason why she wanted to get out of it and do something difference; she wanted a place of her own where she worked hard for something; she really didn't like those modelling days, I guess she just didn't like just being seen and not heard.

Then again, loads of people go and do that stuff with no problems, and because they want to. Ayaka Komatsu had quite a few great acting roles, but she focuses mostly on bikini and underwear modelling.

Is that why she got out of it?

I thought she said got out because she couldn't be a model with her stature.

I'm sure she wouldn't like being an idol though anyway...but yeah.

She got out of SOS Modeling Agency because of that, yes. But they just moved her to Sun Music, which is where she was for the bulk of her aidoru career. They were trying to make her an idol actress, doing the gravure stuff was just par for the course. She left because she hated it. She waited until her mom was in the area so she'd have a place to live though (she was living in the aidoru company's dorms up until them, and would have had nowhere to live if she quit any earlier).
