Well, even if that is the confirmed cover at the moment, I wouldn't count on it yet. Look how Ayumi changed her mind for the I am... cover. Well, I just can't wait for the album.

Since there is no writing on the image (ya know, it doesn't say "Ayumi Hamasaki" or "Rainbow") so I would guess that it's just a promo image. Remember before Voyage came out we saw a pic of her in that orange dress? It wasn't the actual cover but it was very similar. So this is prolly the same situation. It might be a similar image to the cover, but that pic is not the final cover. But it's just a guess until Avex confirms the cover.
