This is very surprising, seeing as back in '04 or '05 she stopped allowing herself to be nominated for these awards. I wonder what made her decide to throw her name in there once again.

I think it was in 2004, around the launch of Inspire...? Maybe she now sees it as good promotion, or that she simply felt none of the other nominees this year are worthy winners (--> Justin Bieber..lol) xD
