Although many believed f(x) would be following up with Mr. Boogie back in June, no official word was mentioned of such, and nothing had been heard since.
However, f(x)’s official staff recently posted a new message on their message board with the following part of their schedule,
< MBC 쇼! 음악중심 – Mr. Boogie 사전녹화 >

* 일시 : 2010. 07. 17. (토) AM 11:00
* 장소 : 일산 MBC 드림센터 공개홀
Which effectively meant that the girls will head down to the MBC studio to pre-record a performance of Mr. Boogie at 11am (KST)!

This was further confirmed as f(x) is officially included in the list of performers for that episode of Music Core’s official website. With the ladies coming back after a few weeks absence, it looks like Amber has fully recovered and ready to get back to work. Stay tuned to allkpop for f(x)’s return to the stage!

f(x) performed their followup hit from their 1st minialbum ‘Mr. Boogie’ on 17th July on MBC Music Core, after the promotions for their title song ‘NU ABO’ ended. However for the performance that day, only 4 f(x) members were present for the performance. It is revealed that Amber had injured her ankle and will not be able to carry out the choreography. With that, the girls will be putting up special stages as 4 members both on 17th and 18th July on the weekend music shows.

A SM Entertainment official said, “This is a small surprise event for fans. The girls will continue to greet fans through their individual activities.”

Nichkhun to go on vacation with Victoria & f(x)

On an upcoming recording of MBC We Got Married, the Khuntoria couple of Nichkhun and Victoria will be going on a vacation with their “daughters” and fellow f(x) members Krystal, Sulli, Luna, and Amber!

According to staff from the show, they will be headed to a water park during the last week of July to take some time off and relax in the sizzling hot summer season.

The f(x) members couldn’t conceal their excitement, “We’re always stuck in a tight schedule, so it makes us feel real good just thinking about this unexpected vacation. It’s only right that they take us along since we are their daughters.”

Wonder where's amber...I want something unique from them but not entirely senseless like LA CHA TA and NU ABO lol!...i know they're so capable..but haiz, somethings coming from SM means u have to sing a few songs that dont mean anything.

Anyone rememebr the La Cha Ta debut? the teaseR? omg that was so amazing...and the introduction to their debut live, that was so epic really. I was hoping they would go in that direction..

I thought they would explore the funky sound like in that Live Intro but they didnt go there..wished they did...hoepfully in their full album...which is probably only come out next year before another of their sunbae's comeback (snsd?) lol

UPDATE about F(x)’s upcoming album!
According to SM entertainment, famous girl rookie group F(x)’s new album and new title song are both already moving on to its review and editing stage (?), unfortunately unable to reveal much about the details. Based on insider’s information, this album will be a big hit (something that is very surprising and unforgettable)! and the style is rather unique/special. But when questions regarding when will the album be released surfaced, they gave a very vague answer, probably around the fourth quarter of the year. All in all, they strongly stressed on that this album will be something that everyone is looking forward to, the title 2 MVs will be using 3d effects. (Info provided by a reporter from Korean Magazine 韩国麒麟娱乐杂志 ).
