Though I'm kinda upset they didn't win today, and ranking at 43 ? Call me a bitter fan but having 3 younger groups ranking way above them makes me really sad .. I knew they weren't that popular in Korea but really now ;_; ?

It's a repackage, of course. The same album with one, two or three new songs and a different packaging. Only hardcore fans or a few casual fans that hadn't bought Lucifer would buy it ; )

^^ I know I have to be realistic but SuJu and SNSD both did pretty well for their repackages this year .. again I'm just bitter because SK doesn't appreciete them as much as international fans do =(

And that's the main problem. Fangirls can't do everything.

Music Core is probably becoming my favorite music show... Great cameraman's work, amazing stages, MCs rotation and lack of sometimes unfair winning... Amazing stages mainly. SHINee's was so cute sweet full of sugar etc., ideal for that song. Performance was perfect and I can't explain these boys' awesomeness.

SHINee came in #1 on a weekly online music chart with their song “Hello.”

These boys are facing a whole lot of competition these days against people like BEAST, 2NE1 and more but they still managed to bring their repackaged album title track to the #1 spot.

The song took the #1 spot on Hanteo chart, Hot Tracks and more for the first week of October.

These guys manage to make all of their songs hits.

SHINee's Taemin Reveals His Ideal Type

While filming for KBS 2TV‘s Happy Birthday, SHINee members were asked about their ideal types. As the boys are a hot issue with their Hello comeback at the moment, their ideal types took MC Lee Kyungkyu by surprise as their choices were considered unusual.

“I look at a girl’s personality before thinking about her appearance as attractive,” SHINee’s Taemin said when asked about his ideal type. The maknae had been previously known for having a crush on Harry Potter actress, Emma Watson. “My ideal type is a girl who is like a sunflower, always looking at me,” he continued. Since sunflowers only look at the sun, he hopes that his future girlfriend will only look at him.

When asked which cast member was closest to his ideal type, Taemin chose Jung Siah. “It’s nice to see her praising her husband and being so proud of him, which shows that she sincerely loves him.” Meanwhile, fellow member Key chose chef Big Mama Lee HyeJung, saying, “I like how she is confident and how she takes care of herself diligently.” The MC was amused at how well the boys were at avoiding scandals.

This episode of KBS 2TV‘s Happy Birthday will be aired on November 11th.

btw, does anybody know what really happened to Jjong and Key in Indonesia? I saw one airport fancam and it looked terrible... I'm not surprised though, if they're attending festivals/going to other countries every day, damn. (To say something extra, group performed today somewhere only as 3)

JONGHYUN AND KEY ARE OK

It was revealed today that SHINee’s Jonghyun had injured his ankle ligaments while Key hurt his chest muscles after a performance in Indonesia the day before.

SHINee had took off for Indonesia to perform at the Korea-Indonesia Sharing Friendship Concert held on the 12th in Jakarta, Indonesia.

SM Entertainment said on the 14th, “The Indonesian fans showed a lot of interest in SHINee. When Jonghyun was getting off the stage, there were a lot of people that were waiting to see SHINee. Jonghyun got pushed around, twisted his ankle and hurt his ligaments. Key also got hurt at this time.”

SM continued, “Jonghyun went to a hospital in Seoul as soon as he arrived. He got a minor cast to protect his ankle. Key went to the hospital as well and they told him he should rest for a day or two. Because of this, SHINee could not make it to the event that was scheduled that night.”

SM added, “But their injuries are not serious so their follow-up song ‘Hello’ will be promoted without problems. SHINee members are very thankful of the Indonesian fans’ support.”

Despite the above, their appearance in Indonesia made it onto the first page of The Jakarta Post, making this trip a memorable one. And this explains why SHINee performed with just Minho, Taemin and (edit) Onew at the KIKO Public Awareness Cultural Fest yesterday night.
