http://www.313somerset.com.sg/conten...?urlkey=ci_loc in terms of Japan press , HMV only is able to bring in the CD only's of ayumi's stuff , seeing that - DVD region code differences , with Japan being 2 while Singapore being 3 - any DVD material needs to go though the local censorship board That's why you see only CD + DVD's of her stuff are all made in Hong Kong cos they get the approval of the censorship board
