I've eaten cow blood pudding before, that's like a traditional food where I'm from and it's not that bad...But turtle blood, don't think I'll be trying that :/

there's a Filipino dish my bf's father ate one time called dinuguan, which is a stew of beef/pork and organs simmered in cow or pig blood. i think it's commonly called "black pudding" though. i don't think it's weird, it's just apart of the country/culture.

i just think people should be more open minded about trying different foods. my bf's mother always makes Filipino food and i find it funny how she assumes that i'll think the food is weird because it's not American. (not in a rude way though.) she made a fish dinner one time where the entire fish was baked without having the head or bones removed. she kept apologizing and offering me pizza or something else to eat, lol.

Not sure if anyone mentioned it but Mannie wrote on FB yesterday that he bought airline tickets to Japan for New Year, I wonder if he's going to attend CDL, maybe an MC guest? It would be cool

Same! I use to be okay with blood but now that the concept of vampires and biting is running rampant for some reason I'm suddenly squeamish!

She can't be drinking blood, that's ridiculous. Blood carries stuff like AIDs, disease, etc.

that would be so cool if he did show up as a MC guest on CDL. even though Ayu says they're only playing lovey dovey for fun, i have a feeling their feelings for eachother are a little bit deeper than that.

The blood usually isn't consumed straight from the turtle... it's mixed with a wine usually and apparently it's supposed to give you "power". (It's also rumored to be an aphrodisiac, haha. I doubt that's why Ayu drank it but maaaayybeee... NAH. A lot of women seem to eat turtle nowadays because it's healthy and low in fat or whatever.) So it's sort of like a turtle blood cocktail~
