code of conduct for meeting Ayu?

Well, I'm a high school senior with Asperger's disease, and sometimes, I get a bit too crazy and speak too loud - louder than what I should speak. Maybe should we also consider to watch your voice - both what you're saying (don't cuss around) and how you say it (say like do not be very loud like a crybaby)?

what I wanted to ask you guys who have met her in either London or LA: how did you show her you were there? I know some of you told her in twitter that you were waiting at her hotel or the recording studio, but I think that was after you already met her. I mean like, when you see her coming out for the very first time, how do you turn her attention on you? Did you just scream "AYUUUUUUUU!!!!!" or what did you do?

A lot of them either tweeted her or waited at the hotel and let Stan know they were waiting for her. A lot of times she let fans know to meet her at the studio, though. So it was a lot easier to catch her there.

^ ok. it's just that I thought screaming at her wouldn't be a good idea, but she can't know that you're a fan (well, unless you have a big banner or something with you) and what if she just rushed by then? that's why I asked. but maybe there wasn't even a situation like this.

Yea, most of the fans that waited at the hotel let Stan know they were there for ayu, so he let them know when she would be down, and they would wait outside for her, or in the lobby. I don't think she had a problem recognizing that they were waiting for her. Stan probably told ayu, there are about "this many" fans waiting outside for you.

not just that picture, but his freaky actions too as well as his creepy facebook/twitter posts. meeting Ayu is NOT a time to tell her to convert to your religion, no matter what your beliefs are. also, if you're meeting Ayu you might want to be friendly with her other fans instead of standing to the side like a total creeper for hours upon hours.

i think the important part about meeting Ayu is to act like you're meeting an old friend. don't scream at her OMG OMG OMG AYUUUUU!!! be polite, say hi, only have a couple of things to sign, don't take pics until she oks it, let other fans have their time and don't hog all her attention.

its amazing, i feel like most of the fans who have been able to meet Ayu have been very well behaved, especially when I was there in LA. it was totally chill and amazing, especially the night when there were only five of us.

i think when she sees a group of people standing outside her hotel holding her CDs she'll figure it out! haha! seriously though, most of the time Stan seemed to come out first, so its always great to talk to him. he's REALLY nice. i asked him if i could have a picture with him, and he totally was cool about it. otherwise, i'm sure when you see Ayu coming out you can just say "Hi Ayu!" or something! there's a difference between screaming at her like a maniac and calling out to her in greeting like you would upon seeing a friend.

yeah, you're right about that. I didn't know Stan was coming out first of time, though it makes sense of course. thanks for answering (ownsarai as well). I hope one day I'll have a chance to show her how well I can behave!

Oh dear. Sounds like it was pretty bad.

So far, it seems like fans have been pretty nice when meeting Ayu. I mean there probably isn't much to it other than being courteous, not panicking or freaking out, and not bringing a jillion items for her to sign. I've never really seen this sort of thing from a star as big as Ayu though... usually the big stars get stalked when they tweet so they never do this sort of thing. Could you imagine if Beyonce or GaGa did it? Oh my goodness... (Ayu's probably an exception since she's an Asian artist going to foreign countries, but still...)

i don't know if he is a member here or not...but basically after Ayu said in the CNN interview that her inspiration comes from God this guy thinks that God has been leading him on a mission to pray for her to convert to Christianity and to give up her drinking habit. he brought her a 100 year old bible in LA and gave it to her and i guess he tried to witness to her there to "save" her. he felt that God was telling him not to have things signed but to tell Ayu about Jesus instead. he also spent some time in Japan trying to find Ayu, i think he was there for a month total. he stalked her there trying to meet her and witness to her about Christianity, but was unable to find her (of course). also, i think he is like $7,000 in debt from making these trips.

as for his general behavior...he was a total creeper when i saw him in LA. when he walked in to the room the mood just died and he barely said anything to us. he just sat there, silently, being creepy. and when we went outside it was the same, he stood off to the side not saying anything. even when Ayu was there, he held back till the very end when he freaking jumped out at her when she was trying to get in her vehicle. ugh!

he also contacted me randomly thru twitter trying to share a cab with me and a hotel room and such...which also creeped me out since i had never even spoken to or seen this guy before!!!!

Ahaha, yeah. Were the staffers/Ayu at all worried with his actions? Ayu seemed to look pretty nice in the photo she took with him like it wasn't really that bad, but a picture doesn't really say much. Seriously, reading your description while listening to the insomnia rip is freaking me out, I'm imagining him jumping out of the shadows!
