I know that they are not only stars, but for me the best example is Nozomi Tsuji and her husband Sugiura Taiyou. They married in 2007 and both have blogs, she is under UpFront Agency and he Sky Corporation (I think).
They only publish pics of each others hands or pictures of each others back, you never see their face but of course you know who it is. Even though they already have 2 children they don't appear on each others blog without being "censored".
I don't know why they do this, if there will be punishment or not...but I see this on a lot of Blogs. Mostly (former) Idols, so maybe this is a point to. They both were Idols after all.
