It's called waidosho (wide shows) in Japanese. They're those really long talkshow kind of programmes, about 2-3 hours each? And the hosts and some invited celebs just sit around and talk about recent news, gossip or interesting stuff. There's tons of different programmes shown in different regions of Japan, but they're shown every single day. I don't think anyone records them actually, but you can try looking.
