gaga has an image. that weird/unusual personality is something to get her remembered. something to let people know what her music is like. it's worked pretty well so far. before she was lady gaga she was just "stefanie germanotta". a piano playing ballad singer who'd have never gotten anywhere if she just stayed like that. her pre-gaga stuff is pretty damn boring too.

maybe her music won't be remembered. but her clothes, personlity, and weird as hell everything else will be.
