These covers kind of annoy me. They make me feel like my eyes are out of focus, or that the printer wasn't aligned correctly so the CMYK colors are slightly over too far to the right and left, but then I remember: "Oh yeah...that's right....this was on purpose. These covers are supposed to look like this." haha

^^ I dont see it any different. People have died and damage has been dealt. It doesn't matter how it happened. People have lost their lives.

To say that one is more important then the other puts the deaths of people that just died less then those that lost their lives in 9/11.

It has nothing to do with how many people died, but how. It's in the context of whether or not it will be postponed and you compared it to 9/11 which is something that had consequences we still feel today. This is a natural disaster and the people outside of the immediate area will move on with their lives now.

You dont think Japan is going to feel this for years to come??

And you are putting the tragedy of what happened to the people of 9/11 above those that its happening now. The tragedy that is going on now is much worse then what happened. More people have died, more people have been affected.

^sorry for butting in, but Zoomzoom wasn't saying any of that. Be careful not to put words in other peoples mouths.

Yes they will all remember this, for longer than years to come, but the people who can work will still have to work to keep the country running. They can't just stop right there and then. And just because they are working doesn't mean they are not grieving. And how the hell did you get the idea anyone was comparing the deaths of 9/11 to 11/3? In fact, you are the only person who is doing that.

Have you even read any of the other post? We were talking about release dates. And I said that they might postpone because of this, they postponed release dates for 9/11. That was the only comparison, until zoomzoom said that 9/11 was different.

So you might want to not put words in other peoples mouths. Read everything before you post anything next time.

^ Why do you always get so worked up with other people don't see the way you do?

Anyway, I don't think the release dates will be postponed, for the sole reason that a maintenance of normalcy is the first step on the path to recovery.

^ im not worked up over anything. You cant put words into other peoples mouths. No one was comparing what happened in Japan to 9/11. All that was said was that things were postponed.
And then to say that what happened at 9/11 was much worse then this, is in my opinion not needed.
But this shouldn't be talked about here, its way off topic.

I don't think they will be postponed either, but it might happen.. it depends one what will happen in the coming days.

Lord, i hope the albums do not get postponed, though, I have been waiting for this since my birthday! Its my gift!, lol

About the covers, I didn't get annoyed by the fact that they're purposefully made to seem out of focus. I do now though. I wish they had slightly more saturated colors and were focused and sharpened a bit. And for some reason, that font...

About that, I'm hoping they're super glossy or perhaps sparkly! Something I'll really want to leave out for people visiting to see

About the disaster thing... I'm pretty sure this one is far worst for japanese than 9/11, cuz in the end of the day, it happened there...

@TeamAyu2004:

Unless zoomzoom edited his post, this was what he said.

Nowhere did he mention which disaster was worse, he only said it was different, which is a very reasonable statement. You were the one who introduced the comparison topic in your reply.

He didn't say that, you just assumed he did.

Oh well, whatever, this would be trashed soon anyway.

First of all Japan has 130+ millions of people, even though a lot of prefectures are affected by earthquakes and tsunamis the bigger part of Japan is still doing alright. Sales haven't even dropped significantly on Oricon. While I am sure there will be tour dates canceled, there is no reason to postpone anything, as Misa-chan said, the first step to recovery is getting things to the way they were.

9/11 was different because it was CAUSED by PEOPLE. People shouldn't even dare comparing disasters such as these two as you can't really tell which one was more tragic and as far as I've noticed zoomzoom didn't compare them, just said they were 2 different things, which is quite obvious.

On the other hand what andernekoi said was also true. There is no reason to postopone anything, maybe they'll tone down the promotion if there was anything planned other than TV ads.

Uh yes, as I said, this is in the context of whether or not it'll be postponed.

You bring up 9/11 saying things were postponed then and I simply state I don't think 9/11 can be used as comparison because it was something entirely different, a completely different situation.

No one should even begin to compare. I mean wtf. It's so disrespectful to all of the victims from either of the catastrophies/terrorist attacks.

Just stick to what's important, peeps.

Didnt mean to start anything, i just read what you said and took it in the wrong way. I don't think it will be postponed either. I was just saying that it might.
Things have been postponed for less.
