The dates for public sales are postponed due to the quake. They have yet to decide on dates for those two (probably in the next week or so) but they have decided on the sales dates for later performances. (See the new dates of April 3rd for the two Nihon Gaishi Hall shows and the Marina Messe Fukuoka show tickets.) It has nothing to do with the actual first concert performance dates, which are still 4/9 and 4/10.

So did any of you who are in TeamAyu receive the number to retrieve tickets? I was wondering if there would be major announcements about the tour dates, but it appears that the performance dates have been unchanged?

Most arenas in kantou area cannot be used as concert halls at the moment. Its not just power outage schedule, most arenas, including saitama, are being used to house victims, so its quite possible the tour can be cancelled until further notice.
