^Actually, the point wasn't for people to choose. That's the purpose of the regular senbatsu elections. And c'mon...you think they would set it up? If I was going to rig the tournament I'd make sure as hell that Ishida would never get into the #2 spot. I would also pick someone marketable for center like Itano.

All I am saying right know is about what AKB staff can do - I am not talking they are doing it but its a possiblity since with all about sucess and money...
about Janken they could contro it by for example - girls know who they are dealing with and who has to win and then talk about what they are going to show (rock paper scisorrs) after that its only about acting "OMG I"M SO HAPPY I HAVE WON" "OH NO I FAIL" I very doubt that they can put success of a single and money on something as usunuieal as Rock Paper Scissors If they real want to create a chance for non regular senbatsu game they should make a list of girls who by "in senbatsu activy and choose the ones with the less number of it. about election they can create senbatsu puting in popular girls which make ellection looks real and popular girls = single popularity= Money and then making the election...they can also do not tell girls to create real emotion reaction = I LIKE THEM = Money Then the give people chance to vote = people feel special casue they have to decide about something devine like "which girl is going to be in senbatsu" something that unitl now was only for staff Everyone have better attachment to bank when you give him a mirage of "I'm in too" I love AKB - but I have some doubts when it comes to realness of some stuff that we see in cd dvds and its not about AKB its about showbusiness all over the world

by the way........... Maeda Atsuko is having her debut single!  I'm like the happiest person of earth, I wonder which kind of song they are gonna give her? A cute song or a cool song? I can't wait!! |

I want to hit something because of the whole DiVA situation. If those girls graduate I will probably cry myself to death.
And yay for Acchan!! I  you girl!And LOL I doubt they actually wanted Mayuchi for Janken centre. She's one of the most unpopular girls. But HAHA they got her anyways!

So Acchan's finally debuting solo? I can't expect it will be anywhere near as amazing as Dear J, or even the same style of song. I'm definitely interested to see what they give her, but I don't exactly care a lot since I think she's insanely overrated. I'd rather have a Yuko solo

You've heard Nakinagara Hohoende right? Yuko can't sing. Though if she did an autotune song like Tomochin it wouldn't matter :-D I LOVE YUKO BY THE WAY. And Acchan is flawless. Though I don't think I would call her over rated because most people know that Acchan is normal and generally uninteresting. Doesn't mean some people can't like that. I just have to say that Team Z is so awesome

Hahaha, well I just listened to it for the first time after you mentioning it. I mean, it wasn't great, but I definitely didn't think she sounded bad (especially for an idol). I've always thought Acchan was a pretty bad singer after hearing her part in Skirt, Hirari. She sounds great in Sakura no ki ni Narou but it's hardly a vocally demanding song.
You don't think her fans think she's gorgeous and has this great personality and all though? If not for that then I'm not sure why she's so popular. Yuko at least is funny, Tomochin has that whole sassy ***** thing going on, and so on. I guess I just don't see what about Acchan is so great and that's why I feel she's overrated: because there seems to be no justifiable reason for so many people to like her.

^It's nothing like that at all. All of the AKB48 subunits are signed with different labels (something H!P needs to seriously take note of) DiVA and French Kiss are both signed with Avex so it wouldn't be surprising at all to see them there.

^Nothing to do with independence. They are still manged by AKS and they still have their separate companies to represent them. They have different recording labels because it means someone else to pay the bills. xD

I like all the covers cept the obvious (hope the theater version sells like 2 copies). And noooooooooooo. God no. They'd better not let career-killer #1 touch AKB48. Maybe send the research students and the useless subgroups like SKE to them, yes, but not the main group.
