To be honest, I don't think you're ever going to back down and agree with anyone, so I really don't know why you bothered asking. But I respect your opinion and with all due respect, in a week I'll forget about this thread so there's no point getting all annoyed now, is there?
But anyway, our opinions in the end don't matter. To get a real answer, you have to go to Ayumi herself; which people have, and got their answer. Why she'd conceal the fact she'd had plastic surgery from the fans she's so honest to, I do not know - but if you choose to believe she is lying, than that is up to you, obviously.
And of course Ayumi has took influence from Western culture. Artists such as Gwen Stefani has took huge influence from Asian culture, so it's not exactly an insult. I don't think Ayumi would go as far as to have plastic surgery to imitate it though; she's a woman of changing tastes and she knows it.
