With all the hype about Ayu going back to her vocal coach for this tour and with the new orchestral arrangements, I can't wait to hear a mp3 RIP of the concert! Especially since the concert's stripped down; I think I'd rather just hear her sing than watch the whole concert. (Though I'm sure it's a completely different experience if you're actually there, watching such a concert on a DVD doesn't sound too exciting.)

Some people have been complaining about her hair...

Looks much better clearer and you can see the bright hair color and natural makeup.

I'll admit, I wasn't a fan of the hair from the other pictures. but I like it here. Reminds me of this old haircut:

Ive been reading on mixi more, and everyone is saying that most songs are not in their original arrangements. For example vogue is now latin style, and blue bird has been slowed to almost a ballad. There is no lasers or explosions, so some people said mirrorcle world is awkward... also bold and delicious seems to have some riffs from identity in it. Finally, many people thought @ the end of the show, that would be the time for mc, and when announce that please exit now etc came, so many people felt like "what??" And didnt know what to say. Its very rare for mixi to agree with ahs, but many people are feeling very mixed. On paper, the songs are great, but many of them are changed almost beyond recognition. (>_<) so... we will have to see. On another note, everyone is commenting how different her voice is,like its new, and they can definitely hear the change.

But I'm feeling mixed about this too... On one hand I think it's great she's trying this whole stripped down show but on another I personally like Ayu's tours for all the props and special effects as I'm not a big fan of her live voice... I'm just wondering if she can pull it off well? But I'm really curious to see it, especially after hearing about her vocal changes

Edit: I really love her look! She looks soo young and pretty. The outfit is lovely too

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but does Ayu at least introduce the band? And on that note, is this really the first tour in ages that hasn't had Boys & Girls? o.O

After reading her newest TA entry, I think she currently has no wish for HLS tour to appear as a kind of "second leg" thing. She stated quite clearly that she'll be sticking with this concept till the very end.

So if the HLS concept is ever going to come out, it'll probably be for CDL then...

And ARRRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH about Subaru!!!! Extremely sad now...

I am sure it will be amazing either way to see her perform live. I guess I will have to go back for CDL or next year.

---Also, does anyone else think it would be weird to buy the HLS goods for this show??? They don't match the experience!

I have it the same.
It' s the right idea and so nice from her but I expected something different when I'm going to see her live.
I'm looking forward to it of course! But I'll have to come back, definitely.

I think this is even more special because she doesn't do lives like this that often. Kind of like a once in a lifetime sort of live with Ayu? (Maybe twice if you count Limited TA tour)~

I bought 1 of everything when I went to see her in 2008. I had printed pictures of each item from online with the quantity written next to each item that I just handed over to the people selling the goods. Lol.

I understand how you feel, I was thinking today "Thank God I didn't choose to go this year instead - I would be so disappointed."

It is selfish, but I agree with you.

If I still end up going, I wanted to see the concert full of props and all. It is the right thing for her to be doing, but as a foriegner, this isn't really the Ayumi Hamasaki show that I want to see.

With all the energy conservation going on, it doesn't surprise me that the show has ended up like this. She doesn't want to be seen as an energy-waster. She wants to get her message across with as little negative impact on the situation as possible.

Same Here! I'm so happy to see her latest tour last year as my first Ayu's concert!
