I would die and seriously probably puke all over the place. That would be the most disgusting thing ever if she went that route. Not to mention all those Japanese Hip-Hop artists just seem so trashy to me, lol.

You don't do enough research on J-Hip-Hop artists if you think they're all trashy.

Anybody can do R&B. So you're comparison of that with metal just doesn't work. Not many people who are already pop stars can do metal (unless your Tila Tequila). But we're on the topic of R&B, not metal. Ayu can do R&B and pull it off. Look at "In The Corner" or that R&B mix of YOU on the remix album.

You guys just need to give it a chance. If you don't like it, then simply don't listen to it. I'm all up for Ayu experimenting. After all, she's always experimenting with new sounds. None of her albums sound similar.
