The song's still gorgeous (though hardly my favorite ballad of hers since most of them are beyond incredible), but the video was definitely lacking. It was pretty enough, but there was seriously nothing going on. I never expect much from her ballad PVs though, since they're usually just her standing there singing while looking pretty.

Perhaps when it shows the rain? And also, maybe every time it got dark? And then the 'tempest' cleared at the chorus where it got bright and there was sakura floating down on her? XD

I really loved Tempest PV and the song itself. It's so beautiful. <3 It also reminds me of Ningyo and I WILL a bit but it's not a bad thing because I love both songs and Namie's vocals on them. Tempest sounds awesome. <3
