if we are talking most... Hikki's First Love album (her first album) sold around 10 million copies, which is the most that an albums ever sold, or as to my understanding atleast.

日本ゴールドディスク大賞
Japan Gold Disk Prize

limited sale received prize memorabilia artist card on sale

アーティスト オブ ザ イヤー
artist of the year

so i guess it's just about this(last) year sales~

btw: does ORICON have a page cataloging sales figures,.. i don't like it when it's not the most current week, they take away the sales numbers already..

Probably not on eBay, but on places like this auction on Yahoo! Japan, you can get these cards:

I'm guessing that it's like phone cards here in the US, in which you dial a local number that will allow you to call anyone in the US without it adding to your phone bill, since the card is pre-paid

Or it's a prepaid talk-time card for cellphones...

Well I'm only guessing that because everyone over the is using these kinda cards for their handsets in opposed to using post-paid systems where you get a bill every month. It's very handy. And I was thinking that the japanese would be using them too since their so busy all the time (^__^)
