all of this doesn't really sound reliable to me, I mean, Avex Taiwan knows before Avex Japan? That's total crap! that never happens. Ayumi is a Japanese artist, not a Taiwanese one, so Avex Japan is more likely to know first.
Either way, a new single will probably be coming up anyway, since it has been a while... but then again, there might be coming a whole new album.
I think it's best to just wait and see what becomes of these rumors and check the official sites for info instead of fan sites.

On the subject of avex taiwan / avex asia(hong kong)... I like avex taiwan better.

I've been to a couple of shops in taipei today and all of them got the preorder form from avex taiwan already.
The release date is july 14th,
1890 for cd+DVD, 1260 for cd.

a) if kawai claim's there's some truth to it, i totally believe it.
b) the price is more then 1000 for the CD only, so i'm expecting mroe then just a 4-tracker!

It's not that unbelievable. It's not like they're saying that Avex Japan doesn't know about it, they're just not advertising for it yet. Of course Avex Japan knows, they probably just want more surprise in Japan to try to boost the sales.

Some people in Taiwan get new releases several days prior, hence why you can download them before the actual release date.
