I usually go for TeamAyu lottery for tickets. It's a lot easier to get annual tour tickets (with good seats too), but much harder to get the CDL ones (especially 12/31 one).
Also tried Yokohama tickets before. I've been to its Shibuya and Ueno shops. If you still have time, you can look around at Yahoo auction and bid for what you are interested in.
