No.. that's not true. Look at for Example Jane Seymore... sie is over 50 and has long hair. There are a lot of older singers and actors, who are having long hair.
And.. for me.. I also wear long hair.. and I'm older than Ayu. I cutted it shorter last year.. but came back to long again.
So.. no.. that's not true. It depents on the women, if she like it or not.
