Well, you can get both too.
there are shops selling second hand bags, some bags condition is like new, and the price is much more cheaper, but just make sure there's a warranty card to prove that it's original. I bought myself a prada wallet for around usd$300, super good condition. The same wallet is sold at usd$650 in prada shops. Just check around and you can get good deals.
