New album 2012 ~Thread IV~

Maybe she follows the same path as she did during 2002-2004. She released I am.. and RAINBOW in 2002, Memorial address in December 2003. MY STORY was released in December 2004. If she does, her album might come out in late summer/early autumn 2012. I don't mind her taking time for the album tbh.

Besides, she's going to do HOTEL Love songs tour this year so it's possible she won't release her album before the tour is finished.

since there's info saying that the new album n lifestyle photobook will be released on the same day, so YA just emailed me that lifestyle book will be delayed its shipping date again until 29 February 2012. So could it be the new album release date around that time too?

she took the cover/booklet photos already... I dont think they will keep all the material if they can get some money with it soon. So I think Ayu will release this album maybe no April

yep I hope its 29th feb too but THATS ONE MONTH AWAY!..and...usually albums are announced 6 weeks arnt they

I think february it's time to announce the album,but not to release it.I still thinking that the new album is coming out in march/april

I think that as long as they don't know the release date of the Life style book, they put the release date at the end of the following month (remember that the previous release dates was 12/30, 01/31, and now 02/29). They just push back the release date in order to not writing "release date unknown".

Idc about the date, she can work as much she want. I just dont like the vacuum we have now... This album can be even realesed in December or sth -_- Idga... I want a date so I can rest in peace. XD

^Exactly ! I didn't want to listen to the new songs but my motivation seriously begins to disappear ! Actually I was thinking that if we hadn't any news by the end of January,I'd listen to them... What should I doooo?

I dont think they are bad... some pretty good ayu songs!
If they are true representational of the album then it should be a good album
( i of course am not counting the cover... not very good at all!)

Yeah, it seems that they put the date at the end of the following month. Ahh I was looking forward to that book so much, kinda disappointed now...

Hope the book and album will be released in March though.

So does that mean that the Life Style Book doesn't come out until Feb. 29th...or that it will be shipped to stores on Feb 29th...???

I wouldn't hold great expectations from this album. I think -unfortunately- that this will become the norm from now on, mainly because she's been doin' the same routine for a long time...next year would be the 15th anniversary from making the same schedule;single,album,promotion,tour,a-nation,tour,single,album,cdl.

In my opinion,repeating everything one year after another must be mentally insane. And she probably believes there is no more need to push herself anymore since she earned status a long time ago,and she doesn't have to struggle to get recognition.I guess she thinks she's in a position where she can take all the time she wants and relax unlike when she was struggling to be a star and keep her position as the best.

^ Because it's not about the sales.. she has already stated that.
She has worked hard to get where she wants to be and she has found a routine that is good for her. I don't think there is anything wrong with the way she does things.
As for your same thing over and over again.. I think 211 broke that, since we didn't have any singles, nor an album (unless you count the mini) and released 4 remixes, along with a 5th non-stop. Her concert was drastically changed.. But the CDL, that stayed the same.. there isn't much you can change with that though...
