I'd just like to know what exactly Mannie has said about Ayu, if he did so on Facebook or Twitter then I totally missed it...and I'm sure he hasn't talked to the press about their divorce. As far as social networks, I haven't seen him mention anything about Ayu. I've only seen his friend say something. That doesn't mean that is how Mannie feels.

from how much I understood tour is presenting various rooms in hotel so to my understanding once again, thats not only her life being potrayed ?

but I wasnt there so I dont know.

Issue of this thread is how you deal with divorce in public. She can sing in her songs how she wants to kill him, thats art in the end of the day and thats different.

Ayu has been famous for years now AND is an artist, so she is going to react to things differently.

NOW thats really all I have to say on the matter lol

But didn't she do this before too? With Nagase, she seemed to be the victim. And once again this time around. I'm not saying she's playing victims or anything, it just seems she's reacting similarly to her break-up with Nagase 4-5 years ago.

I think they both have their own parts in this. It's hard not act and feel happy about any kind of break-ups I think. There was bound to be some "nasty" happening one way or the other.

I don't dislike Mannie, actually, I quite like him. I don't know why, maybe cause Ayu loved him at one point.

And as much as I love Ayu, I don't find it hard to believe she would be a spoiled brat. XD

Well, for publicity's sake, I don't think she could ever really say the full truth, because that would probably shed some negative light on Ayu. Instead, we get half truths that make Ayu look good. I'm not saying that its Ayu's fault, most singers do this.

Being or not being art, the question over here is how respectful are they towards their exes... People are saying Mannie was unrespectful to Ayu by posting a meme that may be about Ayu... So, how is Ayu being respectful if she is portraying failed relationships about male cheaters and agressors that some people think may be about Mannie? Don't forget his Facebook account never will have the same reach of one of her tours...

Have you seen some of those ecard memes? Yes, I am sure someone will literally stab someone in the eyes if they keep on talking. I am sure someone will set fire to the human race if they see one more incorrect usage of your/you're. It's a joke.

I guess we can all agree that we were all a bit too hot-headed about this. And however it's understandable that some of us implied Mannie's meme referred to Ayu, we made a bigger deal about this than necessary.

Well, "respectful." As what has been told over the last pages: we don't know what exactly has been going on between the two of them. Happy faces does not have to mean their relationship has been all lovely and joyful. Cliche answer, but this is the basis I use for building up my opinion. I don't say it's smart to show your followers/fans things like these, which could reference to their divorce - for how true and confusing they might be, but I don't see a reason why you can't actually express yourself. It doesn't necessary have to do with hate, payback or respect. Sometimes you need to put that aside for expressing yourself, in the name of art. The meme could have been shared by anyone. Love, cheating and loss are typical genre for videos. The timing is very... suspiciously well chosen. How confusing this all can be, Ayu and Mannie will know the truth. If they are cool with it, well - how disrespectful it might look like - then it's fine, I think?

To me songs and publicly speaking about something are totally different, but to each their own right?

Well, I couldn't care less about how they are feeling about this, if they love or hate eachother and even if they done what they did as a public statement about their marriage, as I don't know them, I'm not a friend of them and most likelly will never meet any of them in person (and if I do, ti will be for 15mins

)... But it annoys the hell of me when people start saying Mannie is a overall bad person and Ayu is a poor victim when she did basically the same thing, but at a MUCH larger scale...

And I also believe both of them have the right to express themselves the way they want about it... some ways of doing so may be imature, cruel, selfish or just of poor taste, but it's not like people that recently went though a divorce or a major heartbreak are among the most reasonble on the world

but if we are going to judge one, we should judge the other too...

Also, I don't think anybody believed Mannie's friend post was the real way things happened... People just found it funny and that it may be somewhat accurate on some parts (as I believe people's feelings tend to be a little more complex than what he said

). As his friend is obviously racist toward asian people and biased towards his friend's side (and a little sexist) it's just natural he is going to **** all over Ayu... Mannie can't really be blamed by what his friend said in the end of the day.

He never publicly talked about it... he posted a meme on his personal Facebook page that MAY be about it. And even if he did openly talked about it on his Facebook page, it would be far less scale than the allmighty queen of jpop releasing about it on her body of work.
