I think its too soon for her to get married...
but at the same time, if she is back to together with Nagase, didnt they date for something like seven years before hand... why did they even break up? They know each other so it could totally be a rushed thing and I can see Ayumi keeping it quite for a long time... It just looks bad getting married and divorced so quickly.
