Memories was listed ALONG with Moments, people thought it was a double A-side and when there isn't people started complaining that Avex was ripping them off.
It's just another made up track people like posting without an official source, and "Memories" was no exception. People even make up Acoustic Orchestra non-stop mega Mix tracks as bonus tracks
