I was mad when I first saw this because a summer best is a bit lazy (and copy-cat) to me. Kuu has a reason, she's pregnant so a summer best makes a bit sense. Plus she is Queen of best albums....

That being said... the great selection and live clips totally makes this release worth it. BUYING IT!!!

It's Avex's decision what their artists release. Of course they could refuse; but it'd be against their personal interests. Koda and Ayu's release patterns have been very similar for a while now and it's no coincidence.

Excited to see some summery covers from Ayu though~
