Somehow I feel like the CEO is using this as a threat to the other members as well..
but there's so much controversy still going on about the bullying issue that it's really going insane. T-ara is in jeopardy honestly...

but truth to be told, there are those who don't give a hoot about whatever is going on and as long as their bias are still around, they wont really care if Hwayoung is gone or not.

I just think everyone needs to accept T-ARA is the most ruined group in all of KPop. I was a huge fan. Even when they added Hwayoung, I welcomed her to the group... but enough is enough.

I didn't care whatsoever about Day by Day and I have no interest in supporting a group that doesn't even support itself. They aren't a group that is given any input whatsoever.

So many great posts! I'm really happy the fan community isn't just accepting this and blindly believing **** like "Hwayoung threw her crutches and threatened to yell" when there's no documented proof, despite apparently being surrounded by reporters. It's very clear what happened, and all the girls involved in the bullying deserve to see the end of their group. I just feel sorry for Qri

The fact that KKS was already sending them to their doom by adding Dani and Ahreum makes this all a little easier to take in.

Perfect. Their CEO ruined them, but it seems they were *****es to begin with, so I can't say I feel bad for anyone but Hwayoung and Qri. Hopefully they can be happier now.

He said Korea was "gay" though and various other comments.

Even though the accused members of T-ara have not spoken regarding the main issue at hand (the bullying accusations), their silence speaks volume. This situation should have been nipped in the bud when this issue first arose. Sitting back and saying nothing and allowing people to speculate without ever trying to prove their innocence makes them look guilty. If there was no harm mean't in their Twitter comments when Hwayoung responded to them, they should have explained right then that their intention was not to harm her and that they apologize if there was misunderstanding and then went on to clarify the true meaning of what they said. They are all grown women, some of them close to 30 in age, they should have been able to reconcile amongst themselves. For days to go by and for them to sit back and watch everything crumble before their eyes and not say anything to defend themselves or deny the bullying if they are innocent is mind boggling. If I was accused of something as frowned upon as bullying and I know that I wasn't a bully, I would go out of my way to defend myself, especially if the state of my career that I've put so much work into was in jeopardy. As much as I hate to say it even though it's clearly evident, T-ara is done. They are getting flack from Japan, stores such as Tony Moly in Korea have been removing their merchandise from the shelves, and fans have been ditching them like nothing I've ever seen. Honestly, I don't think there is any coming back from this. Even if they do apologize at this point, it's just going to look like a desperate attempt to save themselves and it's too little too late.

THIS! Precisely what I thought! And they havent even tried to salvage the situation of their career one bit. Honestly, I wonder if KKS told them to be quiet as well because they've wrecked enough havoc.

I even saw a video of their CDs being burnt. the hate is major in Korea >.< As role models, they have really failed.

May I ask, why you feel bad for Qri? Is she a close friend of Hwa-Young?

Someone burned CD's? What for?

To my knowledge, Qri and Hwayoung were a little close and she was the only original member who didn't say or imply anything negative about Hwayoung.

A fan burned their CD in rage and protest because they are no longer a fan of the group due to the bullying allegations and Hwayoung's termination from the group.

Yeah, from what I understand they're friends, and Qri was the only one to not be involved in the bullying/rude comments.

This is a really horrible situation. I don't know what to believe and honestly they really should disband because it looks like there is really nothing left to salvage. The girls lived in this horrible environment for too long with so much pressure put on them it's no wonder they would crack. I feel bad for all of them and they should really just be set free to start their lives and careers over.

Ah.. they were closer to each other. I understand.

What should I say about the CD-Burning thing.
Sure.. as I still said.. it is not fair or kind or whatever, what happend to Hwa-Young. But.. thier Music is still the same. And if they still will make good music, I will also listen to their music in the future to.
I'm also not a lucky with Ah-Reum...nd I also don't like the fact, a child is added to the group soon. But if the music keep good, I will be a fan of them.

I have an other question. I heard that the management was showing pics from Ji-Yeon where she was half naked in the internet, because of she didn't do, what they wanted her to do. Can tell me someone more about it? It is true?

I don't quite understand your question but if you're referring to jiyeon's scandal, back in september around those days there was a video of her stripping that was released on the internet, CCM tried to say it wasnt her but apparently netizens recognized some unique birthmarks on both the girl in the video and jiyeon as well as furniture from her room

I'm trying to be a bit objective but when I see this...

there's no way these girls are innocent.
If you don't understand, they are asking which member is their favorite, and when someone voted for Hwayoung, the girls were like eeeeh?! what?! really?! Laughing... (at 3.41)

That was super rude. Oh well, whatever.

^That is really terrible! Man, those attitudes were always there and we never noticed! I feel so bad for not being a good fan of Hwayoung before...

My friend, the same one that wrote that post that I posted here before, wrote another entry about all this. I really agree with him:

Spoiler:
T-ara’s Mask Begins to Fall

Posted by Alvy on 2012.07.30

A while back I had written a post about the mistreatment of girlgroup T-ara by their CEO, Kim Kwan Soo, and it appears that the dynamics between the group and regarding him as well have taken a whole other level. A few days ago, Core Contents Media came out with a statement that on the 30th of July, they were going to share important news with T-ara fans, regarding the group, but before that, fans started noticing a certain degree of bullying between new member HwaYoung and the rest of the unit. She was being excluded and the other members were tweeting messages of disapproval to her, especially when it came to their Budokan concert, where HwaYoung was wearing clutches due to her injuries. If the members were letting out their steam through Twitter being that they see each other 24/7 basically, I can’t even imagine how bad the tension was personally and the type of things the members would tell HwaYoung in order to get such sadness out of her, as we had seen through her Twitter account.

Before I go deeper into all that drama, I have to criticize Kim Kwan Soo’s decision to keep injecting members into the T-ara formula for no reason at all and expect that they would all just live in unselfish peace. If I was any of the original members, I would feel all sorts of emotions, ranging from a significant decrease of confidence for the fact they’re adding in a new member to possibly make up for my own lack of skill, and even anger, for she hadn’t been in the group since the beginning, where all of us were developing our friendships, and she would probably create more of a hassle than anything, having to get her own parts in the already-created songs as well as learning all the dances. This automatically creates unneeded tension as opposed to Kim Kwan Soo’s desired sense of hard work and unity.

In a recent statement, for example, JiYeon revealed her least favorite concept was the Native American one, which is the first concept HwaYoung was a part of, so not only had she come into the group, she was also associated to a new T-ara that the girls were probably not even fond of themselves. Suddenly, this letter exposed in a social network has caused a lot of commotion, for the user who posted it is named Suk Ryu (Ryu being HwaYoung’s last name), and it reads the following:

Quote:
Hello. I’ve been contemplating whether I should post this or not, but have decided to write a few things..

The group I’m in is… A group everybody will know just by revealing the group’s initial.

I’m a new member in the group, so it has been very awkward and because I’m also very timid, I’m unable to approach them easily… That’s one of the reasons why I’m becoming an outcast.

The original members must have strongly opposed my addition to the group…

I’m basically treated as if I’m an invisible at the dorm.
But when the cameras are rolling, they would suddenly have their arms around my shoulders.

When we’re practicing… I really feel like I’m going to die.
When I make a little mistake, I’d get criticized hearing things like, ‘You can’t even do this?’ and would get cursed at.

Even right now, I’m alone since they all went grocery shopping without me..
They’ll be back in a few hours, but I want to just forget about my singing career and leave.

However, this is the path I decided to take and I’m the one who decided to join, so it’s hard to do so.

I feel a bit better now that I’ve written this.

Thank you.
Obviously, the veracity of the fact that this letter comes from HwaYoung is definitely questionable, but if it is, (which wouldn’t be unlikely, considering she definitely speaks out on Twitter, though in a low-profile way) it’s definitely proof that she was victimized by the other members.

And so with the constantly changing group dynamics and the pressure from Kim Kwan Soo to work his slaves the girls to the bone, something was bound to explode, and unfortunately, HwaYoung was fired from the group today. (If you’re curious to follow the entire series of problems with T-ara from this past week, allkpop laid out an organized and interesting post with a timeline of events that lead to Core Contents Media’s announcement)

HwaYoung is now being accused of being the villain, to which she replied with the following tweet:
Quote:
류화영 @RHY422

...진실없는 사실들
The tweet translates to “facts without any truth”. And I must admit, I believe her.

Core Contents Media is being cynical and simply absurd, by turning the situation on HwaYoung, labeling her as a diva who simply decides she doesn’t want to perform on stage, even though they got her a chair to sit on. I highly doubt they would even accept the decision of a member to sit out through a performance considering the iron fist they rule the group with, and something serious had probably happened and since it was never revealed, they decided to use this gap to turn the situation against HwaYoung.

The surprising thing, though, was the attitude of T-ara fans against people who spoke out against T-ara’s bullying. Bullying is NEVER okay, regardless if it’s your idols who are doing it, and you’ve witnessed firsthand what bullying can do, changing the dynamics and unity of T-ara once again simply because the other members refused to suck it up and acted aggressively towards HwaYoung. Learn from your idol’s mistakes as opposed to justifying them and grow up.

All I know is that T-ara has lost thousands, if not millions, of fans with their attitudes, some of which are petitioning to get EunJung fired from her current jobs, and even petitioning for the end of T-ara. I’m glad to see people fighting against bullying and I hope this serves as an example of how severe bullying is. Core Contents Media, of course, wants to come out with the impression that they’re “protecting HwaYoung” in order to build up their credibility from the mud it’s currently located in, even lying that none of the members wanted HwaYoung to leave (being that some of them were even unfollowing her on Twitter already), and even so, they’re leaking lies information about her diva attitude backstage. As far as I know, that’s not protecting anyone but yourself.

It’s very unfortunate that HwaYoung had to endure bullying for so long only to get fired from the group, but I’m pretty sure the backlash will be huge for T-ara. I hope this takes HwaYoung to a better place and I kind of wish she wouldn’t have to deal with the idol world anymore, she deserves a peaceful, low-profile life.

The development of all this drama is definitely going to be interesting, and if I were to associate it to an analogy, it would be to Core Contents Media sinking in quicksand; the more they speak, the less time they have to save themselves.

I truly wish that T-ara get disbanded. They don't deserve our love as fans.

Ah.. maybee it is this. Someone worte, Ji-Yeon didn't do, what the agency wanted, and that was the penalty. And when she did, what they wanted, they wanted to say, it was not her.
That's all, I heard about it. So.. that was, why I was asking.
She was stripping? I heard, she weard unterwear. So.. not really naked.

For the Video of Utena.. yes.. this is rude. Why laughing, if someone likes her most?
I found a video on Youtube, it showes how the other bullie her:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEc2XHBb_80

Well.. for the part, when Boram congratulates Hyo-min and Ji-yeon for birthday, I don't see the Problem. (°_°) What is wrong with it? Can someone tell me? I don't really understand, what they wanna tell us with it.

I also saw the video, where someone is burning his CD's. What a waste of money.

Wow, both of those videos are really sad to watch. It just seems so obvious now after all of this surfacing. I hope the rest of the girls really get what's coming to them.

I feel so disgusted. Only because I put up with bullying for so long at High School and I have 0 tolerance for it. The only member not receiving is Qri, who I feel so sorry for. There's no possible way the group can successfully bounce back from this, at least for me. I can't listen to their music or watch any music videos knowing full well the type of people they are when the cameras aren't rolling. They inflicted this bullying onto Hwayoung because she was new to the group... imagine the backstage bullying that could potentially be directed at Dani or Arheum (don't know how to spell her name sorry).

All this drama is just a mess.

They should make a drama show out of this called T-ara vs. Hwayoung in Copacabana.

^ I didn't listen to the question so... Just reported this from another forum. But whatever, it doesn't change the facts lol. Their reaction is so rude whatever the question is. You just don't make fun of a team mate in front of cameras or even without any camera.
