^It's real. She confirmed it at littlemonsters.com herself as far as I know.

And what comes to the Gaga related news, I get all those from littlemonsters.com. That's the most reliable and on date site that I know because Gaga posts facts and info about ARTPOP herself.

They wore similar dresses for Halloween. Personally I don't mind those dresses because they were really nice and I love that how green those dresses are. If they want to dress as Cannabis Queens it's their choice.
