and actually Max owns more then 4.89%
He owns 7.38% If you look on the list he is listed twice. Once as Masato Matsuura and another as Max 2000, Inc. So, if he can be listed twice once as himself and once as a different corporation, then whos to say that ayumi isn't in the same boat?
