it sounds more like press took the opportunity to reveal this without their concent (external source or they were spotted?)
Ayumi says that she doesn't like to share this kind of news with her fans because it's her private life and it should remain private, but in these circonstences she decided to tell everyone first, before everyone make such a fuss out of it lol
