Probably because of the contents? Though in that case, why not just "SUMMER" since the coverage starts with A SUMMER BEST stuff? Maybe they're trying to go with a "S/S" + "F/W" theme like how fashion shows are classed as Spring/Summer or Fall(Autumn)/Winter for the TA issues this time.

Oh wait, looking at issue #42, she called that one "Autumn & Winter" and #41 was also "Spring & Summer" despite its release date in like, fall.

That's how TA magazines are released, actually. TA magazines are suposed to be released twice a year, one about what happened during Autumn/Winter and another for Summer/Spring, and they usually release them after those two seasons passed, they're doing this for quite sometime now
