I'd like it a little more if Ayu was trying to bring more awareness to the issue, but it seems she just did it for shock value and for that I have to say for the first time I'm really uncomfortable and disappointed with Ayu's work. At the very least there should've been a warning label for victims. Even though the acting was bad, that stuff is never cool.
