If you don't want this to happen in the future, I guess the clearest message to send is actually to not buy it. Don't know if it'll make a notable difference, but never support something you think is ****.

I was going to order again and A CLASSICAL this week but with that notice I don't won't buy them, and of course, I won't buy LOVE again
