You know, as much as I didn't like her when she came out...there's still something special to me, about pop music that appeals to the thoughts and feelings of so many different people.

I feel the same about Gaga, whatever people want to say about her. Because tbh, I don't really care for the lyrics for this song, but at the same time, it is something I've thought about, and that I know so many people feel. It's just such a pure reflection. That's what great pop music is.

Saw the vid, I could say its not that impressing for me. When I first saw the openings, when Lana walks, I was like "Oh...some kinda CAROLS type thingy." but then I kinda startled when the band show up, some soft colorful light and silhouette thingy, it was nice but I want to see Lana more then the orchestra. Then again, I like it more to be some classical black and white vid, singing in the amazing orchestra hall with standing mike, add some curtains in the back that show a silhouette of the band...and so on.
Then again, I prefer the original version than the orchestra one.

I saw Lana perform on the 12th and she is so mega cute and sweet in person! She looked gorgeous too. She did exactly what she did in Turin too. At the end of the concert during National Anthem she spent ages at the front row giving out hugs and kisses and doing photographs and autographs. I was in balcony seats though ): Her voice was perfect too! She sounded much better than her recordings imo. My favourites of the night were National Anthem, Young and Beautiful, Video Games, Carmen, Ride and Born to Die. I'm so glad I saw her. She's definetly worth going to see live!

Thanks for the new song, I quite liked Queen of Disaster, it's somewhat less ethereal than the usual Lana songs, and very pretty. I'm sure it'll grow on me!

Oh God listening to Young and Beautiful and the DH Orchestral Version through car stereos is life-changing. I seriously can't with how flawless this song is. She literally just keeps getting better and better. Born to Die was amazing, Ride was flawless, but Young and Beautiful is something straight from Jesus.

I was at that show too! Where were you travelling from? I came down from Aberdeen.

I loved the show. She was so sweet. I love how she sings the songs so differently live. She sings a lot higher.

My one problem with the show was that she spent basically the whole last song down at the front with the fans. It was nice to see, but everybody paid money to see her. It was a bit rubbish that we couldn't see her and just had to watch on the screen. It made the ending a bit anticlimactic.

I saw her a while ago and maybe she has improved but my problem when I watched her was how inconsistent her vocals were. She sounded fantastic on some parts of the song and terrible on the others.

Queen of Disaster... Love it!! Quite cheerful song I must say, after get dour and moody with Young and Beautiful, I guess it is the perfect timing for Lana to release this song. Still about a girl who crazy-ly fell in love with his bad boy that can send her soul on fire and makes her wild like a deep blue sea lol. A bit reminds me of Lolita. Then again, its a cheeky song!

I wonder if she is going to sing at least one of her unreleased songs. There are so many of them, like: everytime I blink I see another link to another Lana song. Damn You, Queen of Disaster and Velvet Crowbar, for example: are my favourites!

Anyway, unreleased songs, or officially released songs. I am excited, and I cannot wait to see her live!
